A hut-like shelter raised on the farmland to protect the farmers from the sun and rain, a sort of northern Iranian Cabana. This word is used in many places in northern Iran and adjacent areas.
Sanskrit — कोट्ट (Kotta)
In the ancient language Sanskrit, Kotta means a stronghold, and it also means fort.
